Description

This is my second artwork out of the triptych of passage by the American Native it is called "Hehyuuti".
In all Indian tribes, the women meet, mostly for housing and equipping of the settlement. Traditional American Indian men and women understand the sacredness of nature. They see the life giving force of Great Spiritual Prosperity through all things in the universe. In the traditional belief system of American Indians throughout a source of strength, and therefore all creatures deserve respect. Traditional Native Americans believe that every existing thing in nature has its own spirit, which is part of the Great Mystery. That's why they pray and thank the sun, moon, stars, rain, wind, water and everything that walks, crawls, flies and floats, all visible and invisible. And women are the keepers of the Sacraments, and the names of their respective gated. I chose this name because when I looking at this woman I see in her face and care, force and strength and at the same time, the sadness and suffering. And I compared it with sadness Indian women for their warrior sons and for what did the Europeans with Indian tribes, but they are still very strong in spirit and still exist, and this spirit gives them SPIRIT OF MOTHER OF WARRIOR.
Thanks to everyone who helped me in choosing a name for my art work.
I thought to choose
Uokenda- has the magical power
Hehyuuti - the spirit of the mother of a warrior
Shima - mother
Shimezeni - grandmother.
The first replied!1996Akatsuki1996:icon1996akatsuki1996: and invited "I think Uokenda suites her". Next*theubbergeek2:icontheubbergeek2: proposed "Shima or Shimezeni are kinda maybe pleonasms (?) But fitting" and~K-raven:iconk-raven: proposed "Shima, nice serie" and finally *crayonmaniac:iconcrayonmaniac: "Uokenda better or Hehyuuti second ". Thank you all very much for your help, but when I had completed my work and saw the final result, I decided to call her Hehyuuti. My choice I described above because of her face and the composition of my art work.
All the details in my work, I found out free internet search. The image on the drum as the sun over the head of a woman, this cave drawing Indians Comanche meaning Tree of Life and the Birth of New Life that I think fits in this work and has its value.
