ASMODAI-Demon of LUST

My series of artwork "7 Deadly Demons" - this is the second. Demon of LUST-ASMODAI. Asmodeus (Hebrew אשמדאי Ashmedai) - one of the most powerful and noble demons. Devil of lust, and at the same time jealousy, revenge, hatred and destruction. Prince of the fourth rank of demons: "punitive atrocities," "malicious, vindictive devils." The fifth of ten Arhidemon in Kabbalah. Occultists refer it to the demons of the moon. The Persians, he was known for at least three thousand years ago as Ayshma-deva (Aeshma-dev), one of the spirits that make up the supreme triad of evil. In one version of it, along with other demons, the offspring of Adam and Lilith (sometimes also interpreted as the husband of Lilith).The "Testament of Solomon" Asmodeus - a descendant of communication sulfuric woman and an angel. Solomon suggested that Asmodeus to show his power and gave him a magic ring; Asmodeus once grew in the winged giant incredible growth, threw Solomon on great distance, he received the king's face and took his place.
